Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, slow, and deeply therapeutic technique that supports the body’s natural detox pathways. By lightly stimulating key lymph nodes, it helps move excess fluid and waste out of the tissues, reducing swelling and promoting healing, especially for post-operative recovery and those managing lipedema. Lymphatic massage is good for a wide variety of complaints. If you have had recent plastic surgery, please book the “post-op” appointments on my online scheduler.
