For years I struggled to make progress with my chronic pain, energy and strength levels, and felt constant heaviness in my legs and arms. In 2018 I discovered that I had conditions called lipedema and hypermobile Ehlers Danlos, as well as battling with extremely low blood pressure due to the hypermobility. I put my body through a lot of unnecessary stress in the past with over-exercising and over-supplementation.
Chinese herbal medicine, lymphatic drainage massage, physical therapy, and acupuncture have greatly improved my quality of life.
