I treat Lipedema with an integrative approach that includes lymphatic massage, herbal medicine, and nutrition guidance. Lymphatic work helps reduce swelling and heaviness, while herbal formulas support digestion, fatigue, and pain. Nutrition guidance personalized for YOU and according to Chinese medicine properties. We focus on reducing inflammation and supporting long-term symptom management for sustainable results.


POST-OPERATIVE SWELLING

Post-operative swelling is a common part of the healing process, and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) can be a supportive therapy during recovery. MLD uses gentle, rhythmic techniques to encourage lymph flow, helping the body clear excess fluid and reduce congestion in the tissues. This can ease swelling, improve comfort, and support a faster return to normal mobility. Many people also report a sense of lightness and decreased tension in the affected area following treatment.



CHRONIC AND ACUTE PAIN

In addition to *acupuncture for acute and chronic pain, I offer herbal support and one-on-one personal training sessions to help reduce inflammation, ease tension, and support the body back into mobility and confidence.

*My acupuncture is orthopedic focused, sports-medicine centered, and I offer dry needling - often times I combine with electrical stimulation on motor points.

I offer one-on-one personal training sessions specifically designed for people with hypermobility - hEDS and other connective tissue disorders. These sessions focus on building strength, joint stability, and control in a way that respects increased range of motion and reduces the risk of injury. We work on improving proprioception, core support, and functional movement patterns so the body feels more grounded and supported in daily life. The goal is to help you move with greater confidence, less pain, and a stronger sense of stability in your joints.
